Returns & Refunds Policy
All orders are final, both retail and wholesale. We do not accept returns of any type, unless the product is damaged upon delivery. We do not issue refunds for any product, unless the product is damaged upon delivery. We are not responsible for glass breakage of any type once a piece has been sold at a Retail establishment. Claims made by retail customers of manufacturer defects are opinions and considered invalid. There are many reasons why glass can break and we ARE NOT responsible for these unknown variables.
If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 48 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used, sold at a retail establishment, sold on the secondary market or are not in their original condition, may not be returned.
You can email your photos/info to email@example.com to initiate the return process. We will work with a shipping service to return the piece in question to our facility, for insurance purposes. If your item is deemed defective, we will credit your account in full (including shipping costs) so you can redeem it's value immediately on an replacement item. If a exact replacement or repair is required, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario and what items are currently available.
All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Mobius Glass ships all packages via FedEx or USPS, depending on which rates and services are most appropriate for the goods purchased and the shipping region serviced.
